Join Sophie Dear and I for a day of dynamic power yoga, yin yoga & a nutrition talk, all aiming to help you find your inner warrior.
To start our day Sophie will be guiding us through a fully empowering & energising yoga class to challenge balance, strength & flexibility. Sophie’s sequencing is fun & creative and her classes are accessible & down to earth. There will be a chance to play with your practice whatever level you are – from those who are beginning their yoga journey to those with a more advanced practice. The only prerequisites are: a love of yoga, an interest in food and good vibes!
After a refreshment, I will be delving into how we can energise our lives through the food we eat and the way we live. I will be chatting about how we can boost our energy, but also the things we often do daily that can sap it. I take a no fad, fun and realistic approach to nutrition; I’ll be busting myths and answering any questions you have to bring you some clarity on this often confusing topic.
To end there will be a yin yoga class followed by a yoga nidra meditation – a deeply peaceful and restorative finish to a wonderfully uplifting day.
