The Ultimate Porridge

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup of porridge oats

  • 1/2 cup of rice milk

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • Small Handful of blueberries

  • 1/2 a banana

  • Small Handful of raspberries

  • 1/2 tbsp of nut butter of choice

Method

  1. Put the porridge oats, rice milk and water in a saucepan and heat over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until cooked. 

  2. Serve topped with the blueberries, raspberries, banana, and nut butter.
