Private 1:1 APPOINTMENTS
Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, a stoma or a J-pouch for many years, we are here to support you.
Many of the people we work with feel confused about what to eat, worried about triggering symptoms, or frustrated that nutrition support has not been included in their medical care. Our role is to provide specialist, evidence-based nutrition guidance to help you feel more confident managing your condition.
Through personalised 1:1 consultations, we help you optimise your nutritional intake, prevent nutrient deficiencies, expand your diet safely, reduce fear around food, and better manage your symptoms so you can improve your quality of life.
We also act as your patient advocates, helping you understand your condition and navigate conversations with your medical team so you can access the best possible care. When additional support is needed, we work closely with leading gastroenterologists and specialist IBD psychologists to ensure you receive comprehensive support.
We also live with IBD and have a stoma and J-pouch experiences ourselves. This means we combine clinical expertise with lived experience, allowing us to truly understand the challenges of living with a lifelong digestive condition and support you with both knowledge and compassion.
WHAT IMPROVEMENTS MIGHT YOU SEE WORKING WITH US?
Many people ask what kind of improvements they might expect from working with us. While every person’s experience with IBD is different, we have tracked symptom changes in our patients over many years using evidence-based tools.
Our data shows that many patients experience significant improvements during their time working with us.
On average:
By the first follow-up appointment, patients see an improvement in symptom scores of nearly 50%
By the final appointment, patients see an improvement in symptom scores of nearly 80%
While results vary from person to person and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, our goal is always the same: to help you optimise your nutrition, better manage your symptoms and feel more confident supporting your health through diet.
We focus not only on improving symptoms, but also on educating and empowering you with the knowledge and tools you need to manage your diet and symptoms with greater confidence in the long term.
See how we have helped other people living with IBD below, and explore the appointment options available.
If you are unsure which option is right for you, you are very welcome to book an enquiry call and we can guide you.
01. IBD DIET MOT
A one-off session to review your diet and make sure you’re doing everything you can to support your IBD, J-Pouch or stoma.
If you already have a good understanding of your diet but want reassurance that you are on the right track, this session is designed to give you clarity and confidence.
Whether you have a few specific questions, feel like something still isn’t quite working, or simply want expert guidance to make sure you’re not missing anything, this is your opportunity to get tailored, evidence-based advice without committing to a longer package.
In this session, you will:
Get clear answers to your specific diet and symptom questions
Review your current diet to see what’s working well and what may need adjusting
Review your diet and any supplements to ensure they are supporting both symptom control and nutritional adequacy
Identify small, targeted changes that could make a meaningful difference
Feel reassured that you’re doing everything you can
You will leave with:
A personalised nutrition plan tailored to your disease, lifestyle, and goals
Clear, practical next steps you can implement straight away
Confidence in your food choices without unnecessary restriction
Clarity on what actually matters (and what doesn’t) when it comes to diet and your IBD, J-Pouch or stoma.

If you’re unsure what to eat, experiencing ongoing symptoms, or feel you need more than a one-off session, this package gives you the time and support to make meaningful, realistic changes.

This is suitable if:
You would like clear, personalised guidance on what to eat with IBD

Support you in making practical, sustainable changes
Review your progress at each session and add and adjust as needed

A clearer understanding of how your diet may be affecting your symptoms
Structured, personalised action points you can start implementing straight away
Practical strategies to help manage what ever symptoms or stage of your disease you are dealing with
Greater confidence in your food choices
What’s included:
2 hours of consultation time (split as an initial appointment and follow-ups, depending on your needs)
Review of your health questionnaire and 7-day food and symptom diary ahead of your appointment
Personalised nutrition and supplement plan after each appointment
Support between appointments via secure messaging
Follow-up appointments are typically spaced 2–4 weeks apart to allow time to implement changes and assess your progress.
If, after completing the package, further support would be beneficial, additional sessions can easily be arranged.
All appointments are delivered online via Zoom, so you can access support wherever you are based.
In some cases, further tests (such as blood or stool tests) may be helpful. Where appropriate, these can usually be arranged through your GP or gastroenterologist.
Starter Sessions Package £360
03. support sessions package
More in-depth support to help you manage your symptoms and make sustained progress with your diet and IBD, J-Pouch or stoma.
This package is designed for those who need more time and support to work through their diet and symptoms in a structured way.
It may be recommended if you are in a flare, at an earlier stage in understanding how diet affects your IBD, or if your symptoms are more complex and likely to need ongoing input.
